Executive Spotlight Interview

The Executive Spotlight Interviews at the 3rd German-Kosovar Economic Forum will provide a practical, company-level complement to the broader digital partnerships panel. Through brief 1:1 conversations with tech executives from both nations, the session will showcase real-world business experiences, partnership models, and practical perspectives on digital cooperation.

The discussions will feature companies working in AI, digital transformation, and international business. Speakers will address hands-on operational factors like talent, scalability, cybersecurity, and client expectations. A key focus will be the evolution of nearshoring away from basic outsourcing toward high-value digital services, joint innovation, and product development. Ultimately, the session allows German firms to outline their partnership needs while giving Kosovar companies a platform to demonstrate their capabilities and growth potential.

The Executive Spotlight Interviews will feature three to four dynamic, moderated 1:1 conversations with industry leaders, each lasting approximately 12 to 15 minutes. Moving away from generic market presentations, these business-oriented discussions will focus on individual company experiences, practical examples, and lessons learned. Speakers will dive into real-world topics like technology adoption, international expansion, and specific forms of cooperation, ensuring every interview concludes with a clear business takeaway and a concrete opportunity for future partnership.

The main goal of this format is to showcase successful and emerging German–Kosovar digital business relationships while highlighting the capabilities of Kosovo-based companies in serving European markets.
