Colab4Food is a non-profit association whose mission is to develop more sustainable food processes, nutritious foods and personalized solutions that improve consumer satiety, health and well-being. It acts as a bridge between academia and industry through a collaborative model based on knowledge and creativity, to develop innovative market-oriented solutions, in areas such as new functional ingredients, high-quality food formulations, packaging, food regulation and nutrition, sustainable food processes and circular economy. Colab4Food has 24 associates and is headquartered in Vairão, Vila do Conde.
