The Andalusian Public Health System Technology Transfer Office (TTO-APHS) is an initiative from the Ministry of Health of Andalusia (Spain) that provides services for commercialization and intellectual property protection activities for technologies developed by the Andalusian Public Health System professionals. The TTO-APHS also leads the opportunities of public-private collaboration and entrepeneur ship in health.
