Free Project Idea Check for Horizon Europe

The term "Project Idea Check" or "Pre-Proposal Check" refers to the thorough checking of proposal outlines by National Contact Points (NCPs). This happens at the very start when you are still developing your idea, during the phase before your proposal takes a proper shape.
Your NCP helps you to identify suitable call topics and to assess whether or not to proceed with finalizing a consortium and preparing a complete proposal for Horizon Europe.

How can I book this service?

Simply book a meeting with Ideal-ist. We have several NCPs from different countries onsite, so we will try to match you with the NCP from your country if they are around. If they are not, an NCP from a different country will do the project idea check with you onsite and can make the connection to your local NCP for a follow-up if you like.

Please find below a template for the project idea check. You should send this to Ideal-ist 24h before your meeting so that the NCP appointed to you for the meeting has some time to understand your idea and prepare for the meeting.

The meeting itself will be 30 minutes long and will take place in a separate room of the venue reserved for that purpose specifically, so that you have a quiet atmosphere and can speak freely to the NCP. All information you give us will be treated confidentially and may only be forwarded to your local NCP office if you wish us to do so.
