Partner Search – Bio-based Additives for Polymer Applications
Research associate at University of Stuttgart,Institut für Kunststofftechnik
Stuttgart, Germany
About
The Institut für Kunststofftechnik (IKT) at the University of Stuttgart is looking for industrial or research partners for a publicly funded R&D project focusing on bio-based additives for polymer applications.
Potential research topics include, for example, bio-based flame retardants, hydrolysis stabilizers, UV stabilizers, antioxidants, or other functional additives that can improve the performance and durability of (bio-) polymer materials.
We are particularly interested in partners with expertise and capabilities in the development, synthesis, or production of such additives. IKT contributes extensive expertise in polymer processing, compounding, material modification, and comprehensive material characterization.
The objective is to jointly develop and evaluate innovative bio-based additive solutions and transfer them into technically relevant polymer applications.
