Dr. Ranja Reda Kouba

Ranja is Head of Customer Engineering, Financial Services Industries at Google Cloud Germany, transforming the way organizations create value from their data.

Previously she served leading private and public sector institutions around the globe on digital and analytics strategy as Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company. As a woman in tech, she proudly served on McKinsey's Next Generation Advisory Board to the CEO on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Next to Google, Ranja serves as the deputy chairwoman of the Statistik Austria advisory board, Austria's national statistics institute, and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Austrian Institute of Economic Research.

Ranja holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics and Data Science as well as a Masters Degree in Quantum Physics.
