New European Bauhaus Labs: urban regeneration pilots for sustainable, healthy and inclusive places
Technical Director. R&D Manager. INERIA Management at INERIA MANAGEMENT
Madrid, Spain
About
We offer technical cooperation to set up New European Bauhaus (NEB) Labs, applied experimentation spaces to design, implement and evaluate pilot projects aligned with NEB values: sustainability, inclusion, universal accessibility, climate resilience and a regenerative ecological approach.
INERIA Management supports public administrations, developers and multidisciplinary teams in creating demonstration projects in:
-
Urban regeneration
-
Public buildings
-
Housing
-
Workplaces
From the early design stages, we integrate decarbonization, circular economy, health and well-being, accessibility and social impact criteria.
These labs make it possible to test innovative solutions in real-life settings, translating NEB principles into design decisions, technical criteria and measurable indicators, and generating replicable knowledge for other regions and European projects.
Why INERIA
-
Track record in real building and urban regeneration projects with sustainability criteria
-
Integration of European frameworks (EU Taxonomy, Level(s), NEB)
-
ESG impact assessment
-
Collaborative work with multiple stakeholders
We would like to meet: research groups and technology providers looking to validate their solutions in real pilots, municipalities and public bodies, and partners for European consortia.
