About
Timelex is a leading niche law firm specialising in information technology law in the broadest sense, including privacy protection, data and information management, e-business, intellectual property and telecommunications. Its activities cover all legal issues encountered in the creation, management and exploitation of information and technology, in all of its diverse forms. Timelex’s private-sector clients are multinationals, large companies, SMEs and start-ups. Their public-sector clients include European, federal, regional, local and foreign governments and governmental bodies. Timelex is also involved in numerous European health-related research projects, such as INCISIVE, REBECCA, BIGPICTURE and ONCORELIEF, where it acts as a lawyer to the consortium, advising the consortium on all legal matters that arise during the project implementation. Timelex was also involved in supporting impact assessment on policy issues for an EU initiative on a European Health Data Space. Additionally, Timelex team is familiar with all key phases and challenges in such projects, including: - Bid preparation and tendering - Conclusion of consortia agreements, subcontracts, and grant agreements - Legal aspects of sustainability planning, including exploitation plans - Ethics compliance and ethical assessment - Risk and societal impact assessments
