Do you need a Friction Sir Welding head that can be integrated into a CNC milling machine? Stirweld's Smart FSW head keeps the downward force constant, measures the force and temperature and protects your spindle against the process forces and temperatures.

Do you want to use an industrial robot for Friction Stir Welding and CNC milling? Our FSW spindle can be attached to any heavy-duty robot and provides a high torque of 100 Nm at 3,000 RPM and 30 Nm at 9,000 RPM and can be used at a downward force of up to 12 kN for welding speeds of up to 4 m/min.

We want to team-up with you to provide design-reviews, consultancy, prototyping, machine specification, FSW equipment and FSW tools as well as training, production ramp-up support, parameter optimisation and maintenance.
