Excellent-AI
CEO Founder at Wassati

About
The EXCELLENT-AI project aims to develop and commercialize an integrated SaaS platform and an associated methodological framework designed to help Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) transition into "AI-Native" organizations. While AI promises unprecedented transformation, its adoption remains a significant challenge for SMEs due to complexity, lack of strategic clarity, and implementation hurdles.
The outcome will be a market-ready, scalable solution that provides SMEs with the tools to align AI initiatives with business strategy, manage AI investments, ensure ethical and responsible implementation, and ultimately drive significant gains in productivity and competitiveness. This directly supports the French and German national strategies for diffusing AI throughout the economy.
That involves innovation such as Neurosymbolic AI, emotional AI and acceptability for collective and change management.
