La Rose de Tunis is, above all, a family adventure that began in 1989, driven by the Achache family.
Rooted in ancestral know-how, the Maison opened its first oriental pastry shop at the foot of Montmartre, with a simple mission: to share the sweets of childhood and Mediterranean traditions.
Today, La Rose de Tunis has around ten boutiques across France, as well as a production workshop in the Paris region, where each creation is entirely handmade in accordance with traditional recipes.
Over the years, the Maison has broadened its horizons, blending cultures and flavors: delicate almonds, subtle pistachios, fragrant honey, floral and fruity notes…
