Bente Svane Nielsen

I am passionate about creating sustainable food systems and contributing to the green transition. With a background both public and private sectors, I understand the realities of farming, retail and consumers. I excel in building partnerships, managing projects, and developing digital solutions that promote healthy and sustainable development. At Coop Danmark A/S, I led initiatives to increase demand for plant-based foods and collaborated with various stakeholders. I also spearheaded educational projects like GoCook, reaching 80% public schools in Denmark. I hold a Master's degree in Biology from Aarhus University and have completed several leadership and communication courses.
