MAIIA Concierge - AI platform for Horeca is the first AI-native platform for tourism industry globally, primarily intended for hotels, restaurants and spa centers. Platform itself has 4 parts: 1\. Website-addon - intended for boosting reservations and virtual reception on hotel website Guest app - intended for guests, adapting hotel offer to their interests and purpose of the stay, increasing upsell opportunities, also acting as 24/7 reception and Concierge. This app also contains restaurant module, which has integrated AI that matches food and drinks, provides with valuable info about nutri info, allergens and has ability to adapt to guest diet and recommendation system that matches guest preferences, increasing sales. Employee app - intended for upskilling employees Central app - Containing CMS and analytics- providing hotels, restaurants and others with the opportunity to control AI (learn & forget) and content in user friendly way. Central app also provides detailed analytics from other 3 modules, giving client genuine insights into their guests interests and needs throughout sales funnel.
