Belgrade Pass - Seed round for launch, distribution and early scale

Belgrade Pass is a city benefits and access platform designed for tourists, residents and corporate users in Belgrade. The platform brings together exclusive local offers, perks and partner services into one simple user experience and a scalable commercial model.

Unlike a typical concept-stage opportunity, Belgrade Pass is entering this round with a developed commercial foundation, including validation and the start of cooperation with the Tourist Organization of Belgrade, an existing network of partners and distributors, and negotiated user benefits. This creates a strong base for launch, market activation and early scale.

The current launch base already includes exclusive or secured commercial relationships across approximately 30 companies, including category leaders in their industries, together with a growing distribution footprint of approximately 450 partner locations and around 250 additional external partner locations and channels.

This commercial network spans fuel and convenience retail, premium coffee and grab-and-go, leading multibrand fashion retail, restaurants and cafés, TelCo services, taxi and ride-hailing, foreign exchange, luggage storage, wellness, personal care, dental services, museums, entertainment and other related services.

We are raising up to 300.000 EUR in a pre-launch seed round to accelerate market launch, distribution expansion, user acquisition and early operational scale.

The round will support:

• user acquisition and commercial activation

• expansion of partner and distribution channels

• operational scale and early growth

Belgrade Pass is designed as an asset-light, partnership-led business with multiple revenue paths through direct sales, renewals, B2B channels and distribution partnerships.
