Agri-Tech Digital HUB transforms an ISO/IEC 17025:2018 accredited food control laboratory into a learning, innovation and enterprise hub that connects:Ø  education and training providers Ø  students and young professionals Ø  SMEs and food enterprises Ø  quality managers and entrepreneurs Ø  competent authorities as associated stakeholders

The project introduces a digital learning and collaboration ecosystem where laboratory-generated data, real industrial cases and regulatory requirements are used as educational, innovation and enterprise development assets. In addition to laboratory digitalization, the Digital Food-Lab Skills Alliance integrates a model food company as an industry pilot environment, forming a second practical learning pillar of the project.

Through structured collaboration between the company, the accredited laboratory, students and trainers, the Food-Lab Alliance provides a real-life learning environment where laboratory data and production process data are jointly analysed. This allows learners to develop digital, analytical, green and decision-making skills, while enterprises benefit from increased awareness and capacity building.
