Energy-Efficient Heating Network Optimization for the Swedish Market

Tekno-Innovaatio Oy provides an advanced heating network optimization service that improves energy efficiency while maintaining excellent indoor comfort. It is suitable for both existing and new buildings with hydronic heating systems. The solutions has been implemented in over 1 300 residential and office buildings.

We are currently looking for a cooperation partner in Sweden to introduce and operate our proven service concept. The process begins with a detailed assessment of the property’s heating system and valves. Using our proprietary, Jaconi calculation software, the heating network is accurately modelled and balanced according to the building’s actual heating demand.

The service also includes system balancing, possible valve upgrades, and network flushing with oxygen-free water using Airsepex®-technology to improve reliability and reduce disturbances caused by magnetite deposits.
