Talleres ORAN: PRODUCT portfolio

ORAN is a single plant company based in Santander (Spain), mostly focused on metal stamped and machined parts production. As TIER 1 supplier, we provide four Basic Services, as a one-stop-shop:

1. Stamping: 4 fully robotised tandem lines (5 operations), with head presses up to 1,200 Tm and tables up to 4,600x2,500 mm, and integrated 3D laser cutting (in one of the lines)

2. Assembly: Robotised welding of components, assemblies, hemming, application of sealants and/or mastics, etc.

3. KTL cataphoretic e-coating: Certified by OEMs.

4. Machining: Serial middle and high volumes production by machining (Bridgem Gantry & 5 axis machining centers)

Parts typology:

• We mainly manufacture metal body parts for automotive industry, mostly BIW parts, and BIW reinforcements, in medium and medium-large sizes (from 300 -350 mm to even longer than 1,950 mm in length) in both steel and aluminium.

• We can be competitive stamping and assembling seat metal parts/components and, ideally, applying e-coating. We are the ideal partner for end-of-life or lower volumes out of your scope.

• We are also competitive manufacturing battery-housing assemblies (frames, covers, etc.) for EVs etc., which we can produce in both steel and aluminium. Additionally, we can apply KTL e-coating to these parts.

Savings:

• Providing all our services under one roof, we bring savings in terms of transportation, coordination and interlocution.

• There are not many suppliers of stamped parts with tandem lines having similar presses to ours in the region. Together with the rest of the services we provide, the type of part we can supply has a high added value.
