About me
I am simultaneously a doctoral student at the Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies (LBTU) and a leading expert at the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA). My experience includes active participation in research projects focused on the sustainable use of marine biomass, especially Baltic Sea algae, for agricultural and food applications. I have collaborated with academic and industry partners in the Baltic Sea region, contributed to project design, data collection, and dissemination of results at international conferences. As a senior project manager at LIAA, I have coordinated and managed EU-funded projects such as MarTE and AgriBioCircular, overseeing project planning, implementation, stakeholder engagement, and reporting. I have acted as a key liaison between academic, industry, and policy partners, and have supported the development and submission of EU grant applications within international consortia.
