Solution. One way of writing for the whole area, run by AI agents on Microsoft 365. User meetings are recorded in Teams. An agent listens, drafts the document, records what is known and tells the team what to ask next. When closed, a second agent writes it in the agreed format and uploads it to the official platform. A person approves every step. Zero new licences.
