Gene Target Discovery & Pharmacological Effect Validation Service
Founder & CEO at Intusomics Analytics
MADRID, Spain
About
At Intusomics, we combine advanced omics analysis, statistical modelling and proprietary computational strategies to discover, prioritize and characterize gene targets associated with disease mechanisms and pharmacological responses.
Our technology goes beyond conventional differential expression analysis. Rather than simply identifying which genes change following a treatment, our approach aims to determine which molecular alterations are biologically relevant, how they relate to the observed phenotype, and which candidates should be taken forward for experimental validation.
Applications
-
Therapeutic target discovery Indetification and prioritization of candidate genes with potential relevance to disease biology or therapeutic mechanisms.
-
Pharmacological effect validation Molecular characterization of the biological response induced by a compound or treatment.
-
Mechanism-of-action analysis Identification of genes, pathways and biological processes associated with the observed pharmacological effect.
-
Candidate prioritization
Integration of statistical and biological evidence to identify the most relevant molecular candidates.
-
Molecular signature discovery Identification of molecular patterns associated with treatment, response or phenotype.
-
Experimental validation strategy Generation of a focused set of candidates and mechanisms for subsequent functional validation.
