Out-of-clinic population screening programmes for pharma, public health and insurers

Ailin (Home Diagnostics S.L.) is a Madrid-based health-tech company founded in 2021. We operate an out-of-clinic screening platform for disease awareness, risk identification and real-world evidence generation, focused on cardio-renal-metabolic health — cardiovascular risk, diabetes and kidney function.

What we provide is the connected pathway, not a test kit:

• Clinical design — remotely collectable biomarkers, validation protocols, alignment with current guidelines

• Operations — sampling method and safety, end-to-end logistics, a control centre managing turnaround, onboarding of reviewing clinicians

• Technology — sample traceability, lab integration, automated reports, a medical rules engine, secure dashboards and a patient app

• Regulatory — CE-IVD marked collection methods, ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 for data protection, e-consent and anonymisation

Sample collection is matched to the biomarker: capillary blood (dried blood spot), saliva, urine or breath. Results are reviewed and interpreted by a registered medical team, and likely positives are routed to a confirmatory step and into care. Screening identifies risk; it does not replace clinical diagnosis.
