The Masterclass: Have the Full Picture: How to Use AI in EU Proposals and What Evaluators See Part II
Three-hour working session designed to change how you write EU proposals and how you think about what happens after you submit one.
The session brings together two perspectives that are rarely in the same room. EVBB Secretary General Theodor Grassos opens with a hands-on masterclass on how to use AI successfully in EU proposal writing in 2026. This is built around practice, not theory. What tools work and how to integrate them into your writing process. How to structure an AI-assisted proposal that reads with clarity and coherence. What the European Commission now requires you to declare about AI use in your application. The dos and the don'ts that determine whether AI makes your proposal stronger or makes it fall apart.
The second half brings in the evaluator's side of the story. A senior EU project evaluator shares what evaluation panels actually see when they open an AI-assisted application. How they recognise it. How they score it. What works in the room and what raises immediate questions. The specific mistakes that most often cost otherwise strong proposals their funding. And what the Commission's 2026 guidance on AI use means in practice when a panel is working through your submission.
