FI/RA & FI/LA Range

FI/LA — Lightweight Soft Protection (NIJ 3A & Anti-Stab) FI/LA inserts are ultra-thin (4.8 to 7.9 mm), lightweight (from 4.3 kg/m²) and compatible with all tactical and covert protection carriers. Tested to NIJ 0101.06 level 3A, they defeat 9×19 mm FMJ, .357 SIG, .357 Mag and .44 Magnum rounds. Select references also cover specific threats — 9mm HST, 7.62×25 Tokarev, 12 Gauge — as well as edged weapons with the FI/LA STAB™ variant (HOSDB KR1 36J / SP1 24J, blade P1/B and spike S1/B), with a 10-year ballistic warranty. Waterproof and UV-resistant TPU coating across the entire lineup.

FI/RA FLEX™ — Flexible Rifle Protection (NIJ 3+ to NIJ 4) The FI/RA FLEX™ is a flexible rifle ballistic plate, tested to NIJ 0101.06 from NIJ 3+ MSC up to NIJ 4 — defeating threats up to .30-06 M2AP. Its patented ceramic + ballistic fiber + resin architecture delivers edge-to-edge protection and a drastic reduction in backface deformation, while conforming to natural body movement. Available from 1.4 kg to 3.2 kg depending on protection level, in SAPI-Cut format (25×30 cm) with optional 15×15 cm side plates. Also tested to NIJ 0101.07 in curved configuration, including on a female torso. 5-year ballistic warranty.

Designed and manufactured in France at Pangolin's Haute-Marne facility, both lineups are available in standard formats or custom-cut to meet the most demanding institutional requirements.
