This workshop aims to bring the Vision 2040 for sustainable fisheries and aquaculture forward in Europe. We will discuss key climate change adaptation strategies, innovative technologies, the integration of circular economy principles, and the empowerment of primary producers in the blue bioeconomy. The goal is to discuss and collect insights for actionable recommendations that address climate risks and adaptation, promote sustainable practices, and enhance sector resilience, ensuring alignment with the Ocean Pact’s objectives for a sustainable future.
