WS1: Algae Solutions for a Thriving Blue Economy

This workshop, aimed at policy, NGO’s, scientists and industry experts, will showcase the latest breakthroughs from the EU-funded projects CircAlgae, SeaMark, and REALM, and how they promote sustainability, scale and competitiveness of the blue economy. The workshop aims to guide future actions to strengthen Europe’s algae industry. Participants will gain insight into selected results from the projects and themselves identify remaining knowledge gaps, barriers and key enablers that need to be addressed to unlock the full potential of algae-based innovations.
