Workshop 5 "GNSBI engagement with other users of the North Sea"

This workshop brings together stakeholders from nature, fisheries, maritime spatial planning (MSP), and energy, alongside representatives from regional fora, the European Commission, and other sea basins. It aims to foster a shared understanding of how GNSBI can effectively engage stakeholders and position itself as a collaborative platform for cross-sectoral exchange.

Through expert presentations, interactive Q&A sessions, and a digital mapping activity, participants will explore best practices, identify key interconnections, and co-design a stakeholder engagement strategy. The workshop will result in tangible steps to advance GNSBI’s stakeholder strategy, including a stakeholder mapping and an initial framework for engagement.
