DOORS

DOORS (Developing Optimal and Open Research Support for the Black Sea) is a €9m EU research project that links citizens, science, and industry for critical Black Sea regeneration, stimulating a new wave of ‘blue economy’ opportunities. We are bringing together the best expertise and technology from 35 institutions from the Black Sea region and European countries to address the human and climate change impacts in the marine ecosystem. DOORS builds on previous programmes of research to bring the four pillars of the SRIA into reality, turning the challenges into opportunities and making the Black Sea highly valued, productive, healthy and resilient. This is delivered through three integrated work programmes:

1. System of Systems (SoS)

2. Blue Growth Accelerator (BGA)

3. Knowledge Transfer and Training (KTT)
