About me
Samantha (Sam) Brocklehurst is the Director of Customer Experience for Maersk UK & Ireland and has over 17 years of commercial experience in the shipping & logistics industry.
Sam has a strong background in organisational transformation and driving authentic customer centricity, and is a passionate advocate for leveraging artificial intelligence in the industry, driving innovative solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
During her ten-year tenure at Maersk, Sam has leveraged digital tools to successfully develop an innovative virtual training programme focused on strengthening internal commercial networks globally, helped establish Maersk’s Commercial Academy, and radically transformed her organisation’s Net Promoter Score (NPS) within the space of eighteen months.
