For almost 40 years, MOWI Ireland has led the way in sustainable salmon farming and prides itself on producing the very best organic salmon products from the waters off Ireland’s west coast. All of our Irish farms follow the Organic standard, farming to lower stocking densities and with less chemical and medicine use.

About me

Following four years working in sustainability and environmental consultancy, I graduated from the Institute of Aquaculture in 2018 with an MSc in Sustainable Aquaculture. Since then, I have worked in various seawater production roles for MOWI - the world's largest salmon producer - in both Scotland and Ireland. I am passionate about driving growth in aquaculture as a sustainable food production method, and believe we need to continually strive for improvement and new ways of doing things to achieve this.
