   Companies and R&D actors offering advanced Industry 4.0 solutions ready for deployment or pilot integration within Turkish industrial settings.

2. Cluster and Network Partnerships:
   Taiwanese clusters and business network organisations open to long-term cooperation through joint projects, staff exchanges, and twinning activities.

3. Co-Creation & Demonstration Partners:
   Stakeholders interested in co-developing or adapting digital solutions to the needs of the Turkish market, with potential for joint demonstrators or testbeds.

4. Horizon Europe and International Project Partners:
   Organisations experienced or interested in forming consortia for EU–Taiwan aligned funding programmes, including Horizon Europe, Euroclusters, or bilateral calls.

5. Knowledge-Sharing and Capacity Building Collaborators:
   Partners willing to exchange methodologies, training modules, and strategic approaches in cluster management, SME digitalisation, and ecosystem development.
