Presbyopia is the natural ageing of the eye : the ability to focus on close object degrades and after 45, it is impossible to read a book or a smartphone without dedicated solutions. Current solutions (progressive lenses, surgery) offer a static correction to a dynamic problem and are often not satisfying, leading to headaches, lost of productivity at work, postural pains. Laclarée develops a fully adaptive eyeglasses : the correction of the system adapts automatically to what the wearer needs in real time, retrieving the autofocus that is lost with age. The field of vision is larger than current solutions and the optical quality is optimal.
