About me
Philipp Offenberg has a decade of experience in energy and high-level public policy making in Brussels. Since March 2025, he has been leading Siemens Energy’s Government and Executive Affairs Office in Brussels. From 2020 to 2024 he was Director, Europe at Breakthrough Energy, leading the company’s EU, Germany, and Central and Eastern Europe programs, as well as the transatlantic strategy. Between 2016-2019, Philipp worked at the European Commission as an Advisor on energy and climate policy in the European Political Strategy Center (EPSC), the strategy department of former President, Jean-Claude Juncker. Prior to that he was a Research Associate at both the King’s College London and at the Jacques Delors Institute Berlin.
