ENNOH is the EU-mandated organisation that brings together hydrogen transmission network operators to plan, coordinate and oversee the development of a dedicated European hydrogen infrastructure system. Established under the EU Hydrogen and Decarbonised Gas Market Package, ENNOH ensures transparency, system integration and cross-border cooperation. Its core tasks include preparing network development plans, drafting network codes, increase transparency, and develope technical recommendations, providing platforms for stakeholder consultation. ENNOH’s mission is to support the creation of a competitive, secure and decarbonised hydrogen market in Europe.
