Grzegorz Jóźwiak

Grzegorz is a Manager with 21 years of experience in the refining, petrochemical and energy sectors. Since 2013, he has been employed in managerial positions. He gained experience when he started working at Orlen as an Operator at the Olefins installation at the Production Plant in Płock. In the following years, he gained managerial experience by being responsible for optimizing and improving the efficiency of refining and petrochemical assets in the ORLEN Group, including the diversification of crude oil at the refineries in Płock, Mažeikiai and Kralupy. From 2020, responsible for the preparation and implementation of the ORLEN Group's Hydrogen Strategy. He has been successful in implementing efficiency and innovation projects. From 2024 CEO of Lotos Green H2, company dedicated to build large scale electroliers production unit (>400MW)
Grzegorz is natural leader and empathetic manager. Unique knowledge of the entire oil processing chain as well as hydrogen technologies. Knowledge of regulations affecting the oil & gas business, such as the RED II Directive, RED III Directive, delegated acts to the RED II Directive, AFIR, Gas Package. He implemented many efficiency projects at ORLEN, including: Energy Management System (EMS), and IT Initiative Management System. Initiator of the Digitization program.
He is the creator of the Hydrogen Eagle project and is responsible for its implementation. He created and launched the first Hydrogen Academy for students in Poland. He is a NATO Civil Expert in Energy Planning Group, Member of the Clean Hydrogen Partnership Governing Board, CEO of Lotos Green H2 company, Member of the Coordination Board of the Sectoral Agreement for the Development of the Hydrogen Economy in Poland, Member of the Program Council of the Hydrogen Technologies Center at the Gdańsk University of Technology.
