Ashish Kumar Gupta has been instrumental in HCLTech's exponential growth in Europe, from $110 million in 2005 to $3.5 billion in 2024.

Ashish's career at HCLTech has been marked by launching and scaling new businesses across India, the US, and since 2005, Europe and Africa. His early work at HCLTech involved transforming the business model from satellite communication to Remote Infrastructure Management Services, which now contributes $5 billion to HCLTech's $13.5 billion global revenue.

Since 2005, Ashish has spearheaded HCLTech's European expansion, achieving top market share gains in the IT services sector over the past 20, 10, and 5 years. Recently, his focus has been on mergers and acquisitions, leveraging data and platforms to create new business models and revenue streams for clients.

 Ashish serves on the boards of the World Economic Forum (WEF) European Council, The King's Trust Technology Leadership Group, and FICCI Europe. He is an avid reader, hiker, and active investor, passionately advocating an "Employee First" mindset.
