Our company has developed a steerable auxiliary front axle system for heavy-duty commercial vehicles. The system is designed to work in coordination with the existing front axle and to improve load distribution, especially in vehicles with heavy superstructures such as concrete pumps, crane trucks, recovery vehicles, tankers and other special-purpose heavy vehicles.

Unlike a fixed additional axle, this auxiliary axle follows the steering movement of the main front axle through a mechanical or hydraulic linkage system. This helps reduce tire scrub, improve maneuverability and decrease excessive stress on the chassis and suspension components during turning.

The solution aims to reduce front axle overload, improve road stability and support compliance with axle-load requirements. The company is now seeking partners for technical validation, industrialization, serial production, distribution and integration with heavy vehicle manufacturers or body builders.
