Ekolot Aerospace and Defence (EAD) is a Poland-based aerospace company specialised in the development, manufacturing and integration of dual-use aerial platforms and advanced ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) mission systems for security, defence and critical infrastructure protection applications.

Building upon the industrial legacy of PPHU Ekolot — an established Polish aircraft manufacturer founded in 1995 — EAD combines decades of aeronautical engineering experience with next-generation unmanned aerial system development. The company designs and manufactures both fixed-wing and VTOL unmanned aerial systems, including the ZEUS RPAS family, focused on long-endurance missions, modular payload integration and operational flexibility.

EAD operates as an integrated aerial capability provider, combining platform development, mission-system integration and operational deployment concepts adapted to modern security and surveillance challenges. Its areas of activity include persistent ISR operations, border and maritime surveillance, critical infrastructure resilience, counter-UAS operational concepts and distributed situational awareness architectures.

EAD is engaged in European collaborative defence and innovation initiatives, with the objective of contributing to Europe’s strategic autonomy, resilient aerial monitoring capabilities and the next generation of dual-use and defence drone ecosystems.
