Deep Planning and Task Assignment for Lightweight Manufacturing

Most manufacturing operations create plans in order to assign people to their work on the next shift or for the next week. These plans are made in advance, but reality changes every day.

A worker takes a break. A machine is delayed. A new task comes in. One step takes longer than expected. When this happens, coordination often falls back to calls, messages, meetings, or personal experience.

We at Yordando have realised that companies do not only need a plan. They need a plan that survives reality and updates just-in-time as new information becomes available.

We are a Vilnius based startup developing such just-in-time scheduling and task assignment solution with feedback possibilities. We are looking for a partner to test our solution in a real-world environment and develop it into a product-ready solution. Solution stands currently at TRL4-5. We already did some early-stage tests with Siemens China for a cast-film production company and two smaller manufacturing firms.

We are looking for partners who are interested to try out our solution for their operation and demonstrate benefits such as optimisation and efficiency gains transforming our solution up to TRL7-8.
