Luyef Biotechnologies is a deep-tech startup pioneering sustainable protein ingredients through precision fermentation and cellular agriculture. Our core technologies focus on the development and scalable production of recombinant proteins—such as myoglobin and collagen—designed for applications in alternative proteins, functional ingredients, and biomaterials.

We are actively seeking international partners—R&D centers, biotech firms, and industrial players—to collaborate under the Eureka 2020 Lightweighting framework. Our interest lies in co-developing novel bio-based or hybrid lightweight materials by integrating functional proteins into composites, films, or scaffolds, targeting applications across food tech, bioplastics, biomedical materials, and sustainable packaging.

With in-house capabilities in metabolic engineering, strain optimization, and pilot-scale fermentation, Luyef offers a strong foundation for joint development and scale-up. We invite consortia or co-applicants with complementary expertise in materials science, biopolymers, or downstream processing to explore synergies with us for co-innovation and market deployment.
