Construction and Materials:

• Baltic Tiny House utilizes materials like thermowood or steel sheets for the exterior, and wood paneling for the interior, contributing to a cozy and functional loft space.  

• We also utilize insulation like PIR panels, and mineral wool insulation.  

Features:

• Access to the loft is typically provided by ladders or stairs with integrated cabinets.  

• The loft area is designed to accommodate mattresses, creating a comfortable sleeping space (160x200 cm).
