AI-Driven Digital Twin Platform for Closed-Loop, Zero-Waste Manufacturing of Advanced Materials
Junior Project Manager at MG Sustainable Engineering AB
Uppsala, Sweden
About
The project aims to develop a next-generation circular manufacturing platform that leverages AI, digital twins, and predictive analytics to minimize waste, optimize resource use, and enable real-time process adjustments in industrial production. By integrating advanced sensors, IoT devices, and simulation-driven digital twins, manufacturers can continuously monitor material flows, detect inefficiencies, and dynamically adjust production processes to achieve near-zero waste.
This platform will target high-value, advanced materials production, including electronics, polymers, and composites. The project will be co-developed by European AI and digital twin specialists and Japanese materials and manufacturing leaders, ensuring global expertise, cutting-edge technology, and accelerated industrial adoption.
