AI-Powered Mental Health Support Assistant

Healthcare is one of Jaraxa Software’s core business lines. In this domain, we have developed an intelligent diagnostic assistant that not only automates patient intake and triage for remote consultations but also analyzes— in real time—the conversation between doctor and patient. By comparing this dialogue with the patient’s medical history, the system can offer clinical suggestions, highlight relevant information, and flag potentially concerning or alarming indicators.

Currently, our solution supports written conversations and automatically generated transcripts of audio and video interactions. However, it does not yet incorporate audio-based features—such as intonation, vocal tone, or signs of underlying stress—or visual cues—like facial expressions and involuntary micro-expressions—into its analysis. This integration is the focus of our current research, aimed not only at enhancing our assistant’s capabilities but also at expanding its scope from purely physiological health to mental health.
