We are a multidisciplinary team of +50 engineers and scientists committed to advancing microsystems technologies and supporting companies in developing innovative miniaturized solutions. As part of the Sensor Innovation Hub , we operate a state‑of‑the‑art micro‑ and nanofabrication cleanroom facility for 200 mm substrates, enabling the development of microfluidic devices, microsensors, and integrated lab‑on‑chip systems from prototype fabrication to small‑series production. In the Life Sciences focal area, we focus on advanced microphysiological systems, including organs‑on‑chip and organoid platforms, as well as microsensors for in‑situ cell culture analytics.
