Door-to-door multimodal mobility

We acknowledge suboptimal performance in multimodal traffic management in Europe, often due to absence of data sharing strategies that would foster development of innovative solutions. Our focus is on the elicitation of data sources, data sharing along FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable).

Data catalogues with harvesting, data enrichment (e.g. adding geo-references) and treatment (e.g. anonymization) capabilities, Federation of sources and ad hoc governances (Data Space paradigm) are currently our main subjects

• FEDORA(*) https://cordis.europa.eu/project/id/101203465 develops a data space for multimodal mobility and traffic management, enabling cross-sector cooperation and the exchange of mobility data, as well as a simulation space for implementing and testing traffic improvements in six major European cities and regions

• MobiDataLab (*) https://mobidatalab.eu/ Continuous co-development of knowledge and technical solutions, with a strong focus on all producers and consumers of transport and mobility data, MobiDataLab aims to foster the development of a culture of data sharing.

• iMOVE – Inclusive Mobility in Various environments:  In order to improve mobility, particularly through the use of public transport, we propose developing a route planning solution coupled with the deployment of on-demand transport via autonomous shuttles to complement existing public transport services.
