About me

Duncan operates at the intersection of design and strategy. He has over 20 years experience across research driven human insight, digital strategy and product design, spanning a variety of industries for both early stage startups and global enterprises.

Duncan is a sensei sensemaker and synthesiser and will work with anyone willing to take a current problem and turn it into a future opportunity. Keep him away from empty walls because as a reformed graffiti artist he will either draw on it or more moderately cover it in multicoloured sticky notes.

His current research is investigating the use of experiential decision design to shift the mental model of strategic decision makers. Priming them for future decisioning.

He brings a human centered approach to digital strategy and product/service design, balancing human/business needs to create experiences that delight users and deliver on business objectives.
