About
The research unit ‘Data-driven Business & Policy’ integrates expertise in AI, time series analysis, user research, and technology to create scalable, practical solutions. Key focus areas include crowd monitoring, smart tourism, mobility and local economy. Increasingly, the unit supports data-informed approaches to environmental development, including urban greening, heat and water management—helping cities adapt sustainably to climate challenges while supporting local policy and business innovation. We have experience in supporting research regarding (semantic) interoperability, datasharing and data-standardization.
