UNIMOS is a network organization that represents a boutique, purpose-based constellation of trusted-partners that works phygitally (physical and digital) to speed up the development of innovations, international expansion and interconnections across and along Europe and with Latin America. As a non-governmental business support organization, UNIMOS is specialized in orchestrating cross-border and cross-sectoral network collaboration and alliances, cluster management, knowledge transfer and cross-industry innovations. UNIMOS acts as strategic thinkers, innovation igniters, multi-actor orchestrators, empowering managers and facilitators of novel and unusual activities based on cross-industry approaches. Currently, UNIMOS is engaged in seven European projects funded under COSME, H2020, Horizon Europe and SMP that are related to: Scaling up digital and deep tech ventures (D2XCEL) Boosting academia-industry value creation and innovations ( Circular upcycling and revalorization of feathers (UNLOCK) Co-creating and developing short food supply chains (agroBRIDGES) Food safety, quality and authenticity with ClusterXchange mobility scheme (AURORA) Boosting bioeconomy innovations (BIO-Boost) Community-driven bioeconomy and bio-based innovations (SCALE-UP) Urban agriculture (SUAVE) Food waste minimalization due to marketing standards (ROSETTA) In the past, the organization successfuly completed the following projects implemented within the European Strategic Cluster Partnerships (ESCP) AUMENTA (cluster network internationalization) DIGICLUSTERS (cluster-facilitated hackathons for cross-industry collaboration). Thanks to its wide network of partners representing SMEs, regional governments, clusters, development agencies, business, science and non-governmental organizations from Europe, Latin America and Caucasus, it has a capacity to engage multidisciplinary actors, enabling cross-fertilisation, encouraging mutual learning, sharing success stories and exchanging information and experiences.
