Reverclean Energy Private Limited is building India’s geothermal energy ecosystem, focused on developing commercially viable geothermal resources for 24/7 clean electricity and direct-heat applications.

India has significant geothermal potential across the Himalayan region, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Ladakh, Odisha and other geothermal provinces, but the sector remains largely underdeveloped due to limited resource confirmation, drilling capability, project development experience and access to early-stage capital. Reverclean is working to address this gap by combining Indian geological and geophysical expertise with geothermal exploration, drilling and project-development capabilities.

Our development approach follows the complete geothermal project cycle: geological, geophysical and geochemical (3G) exploration → resource assessment → temperature-gradient and exploratory drilling → production and injection wells → surface facilities → power generation and/or direct-heat utilization.

Our initial focus is on projects that can demonstrate the commercial potential of geothermal energy in India. These include proposed geothermal power projects as well as applications such as heating for high-altitude communities and defence facilities, greenhouse agriculture, tourism infrastructure, industrial heat and other continuous thermal-energy requirements. In suitable locations, geothermal resources can provide stable renewable energy with significantly lower dependence on weather conditions compared with variable renewable sources.

Reverclean is developing partnerships with government bodies, utilities, research institutions, drilling professionals and international geothermal organizations to build project pipelines and strengthen India's domestic geothermal capabilities. Our work includes supporting geothermal demonstration-project development and contributing technical inputs to the emerging geothermal policy and project-development ecosystem.

Investment will primarily be used for:

• Geothermal exploration and 3G surveys

• MT, gravity, seismic and other subsurface investigations

• Resource modelling and reservoir assessment

• Temperature-gradient and exploratory drilling

• Production and injection well development

• Pilot and demonstration power projects

• Geothermal direct-heat applications

• Engineering, project development and regulatory activities

• Development of an Indian geothermal drilling and technical ecosystem

Our long-term vision is to develop a portfolio of geothermal projects across India and establish a repeatable development model that can move geothermal projects from resource discovery to commercial energy production. By proving resources, reducing exploration and drilling risks, and developing local technical capabilities, Reverclean aims to help unlock geothermal energy as a dependable component of India's clean-energy transition.

The investment opportunity is therefore not limited to a single power plant. It offers an opportunity to participate in developing an emerging Indian geothermal platform, with potential applications across electricity generation, heating, agriculture, tourism, industry, and strategic infrastructure.
