BACKBONE was established by the Dr. Peters Group and has access to the group’s broad network. It draws on the expertise of the group’s aviation team with its long track record in the aviation industry and the leasing of widebody aircraft.

BACKBONE will provide the cargo industry with newly converted Boeing 777-300ER freighter aircraft - the B777-300ERCF. As the launch customer of the program, BACKBONE secured 10 early conversion slots with KMC. The Boeing 777-300ERCF is a freighter that burns less fuel and maximizes payload thanks to its low operating empty weight.
