Digital Air Cargo Stack: Terminal and Ground Handling Systems, IATA cargo messaging and eAWB automation, and a digital forwarder platform
VP Sales & Marketing at Hansinfomatic Pvt Ltd
Noida, India
About
Hans Infomatic builds the software layer that moves air cargo — from the forwarder's booking screen through the terminal and the airline message queue to final delivery. Our systems run at around 22 airports in India, handling roughly 2 million tonnes a year, more than 60% of the country's air cargo.
Digital cargo messaging and eAWB automation — WiseTrax
-
FWB and FHL generation and transmission, including house-level data for consolidated and courier shipments
-
eAWB automation: paperless capture, validation and exchange, removing manual AWB re-keying between forwarder, handler and carrier
-
Status messaging and milestone tracking across the shipment lifecycle
-
Message validation and error correction before transmission, reducing rejections and rework at the terminal
-
Built for high-volume, low-weight e-commerce and express consignments, where message count rather than tonnage drives the workload
Digital forwarder system — Orbis One
-
End-to-end forwarding and customs operations: quotation, booking, documentation, clearance and billing on one platform
-
First-mile integration with shippers, marketplaces and pickup networks
-
Last-mile integration with delivery partners for tracking hand-off and proof of delivery
-
API-based connectivity to carriers, terminals and customs systems, so the forwarder is not the manual bridge between them
Terminal, handling and community systems
-
WiseCargo — cargo terminal management: acceptance, build-up, breakdown, warehouse control and export/import documentation
-
WiseHandling — ground handling operations for handlers managing cargo and ramp activity across multiple stations
-
WiseCCS — cargo community system connecting airport, handler, airline, forwarder, customs and transporter on a single data platform, removing duplicate data entry across the community
Why this matters for cross-border e-commerce
Cross-border e-commerce breaks the traditional air cargo model: many more shipments, much smaller consignments, house-level data requirements, and advance data obligations before departure. Systems designed for freight tonnage do not scale to parcel volumes. Our platforms are built around message throughput, house-level detail and automated validation rather than manual documentation.
